Some lyrics from this jam 'brought me back' today... gotta share!

.....

L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. You've got more than money and sense, my friend You've got heart and you go in your own way L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. What you don't have now will come back again You've got heart and you go in your own way

.....

You may or may not know that I LOVE MUSIC. I am one of those people that has a very hard time picturing life without it. I can find immediate inspiration for a yoga class or an impromptu run or spinning session through a single song, sometimes even seconds worth of beats and notes can do the trick. I can change my emotions with the flip of a song.

So naturally as I am lying here recovering from a blasted cyst (details spared), I flip on some tunes. Spotify is my current favorite source of new, hella cool, music. Somehow the artist is still getting reciprocation, although we are so fortunate to have personalized tunes for free99 (not to be confused with 3.99...)

I can be told time and time again, countless words of support, etc etc, but it takes that special clash of energies for a message to fully reach me. This song was it today! Life. Goes. On.  It does, every time, whether we want it to or not.

I stress like the rest of us; for me, money, security, things of that nature sometimes run my brain more than I want them to. "You've got more than money and sense, my friend..."

"You've got heart and you go in your own way..." how true is that?  I'm a huge open heart advocate. The continual verbal and postural messages to the bodies in my yoga classes are to live from the heart; to open up all channels of love in your life and to never look back.

So, here we go, it's a new day. What's done is done. I'm forced to take a break from work, from exercise, from what I thought was 'normal' and lie here, me and my head and my heart (and the rest of my healing body). Life goes on. And in this instance, as with all, I can finally say, thanks to Noah and the Whale, it's with heart.

One love!
