  • The idea is yes because, you being seen and heard is such a crucial part of Express! That said, life happens and if you need to miss a week or two due to other plans, please let Rebekka know in advance.

  • Yes, even though being live is best and expected, so much richness will no doubt be ‘expressed’ so replays will be provided to revisit the live calls.

  • Voxer is a free messaging app, like a walkie talkie. To exchange short messages and receive live, personal coaching from Rebekka during Express, this $25 add-on is an option.

  • You already know if it is; if you’re a little nervous but also feel like you need it or want it, trust the nerves as a good sign. If you’re not totally sure, just email hello@rebekkamars.com and ask any questions in advance to make sure it’s a fit!

  • Yes and no - you could JUST tune in live each week, and participate, and let that be enough, and, you will receive journal prompts and other light exercises each week to help embed the transformational content even more.

  • Not really! Yoga is Self connection and, this is strictly a coaching program - Rebekka will lead conversation on Zoom and participants will chime in.
