We begin by slowing down and building safety in your system. You’ll receive weekly Somatic Experiencing® sessions to release stored tension and help your body learn that it’s safe to soften again.
Between sessions, you’ll practice gentle nervous system tools, grounding techniques, and reflection prompts to support integration.
Together we’ll clarify your healing intentions — what you’re ready to let go of, and what you want to feel instead.
You’ll start to notice:

MONTH 2 : Reclaiming power & CLARITY
Theme: Expression, emotional alchemy, and alignment
With a steadier foundation, we begin exploring what’s been waiting underneath. Through SE-informed coaching and somatic meditations, you’ll learn to feel and transform emotions like fear, grief, and anger into clarity and power.
We’ll untangle old beliefs, release emotional residue, and reconnect you with your intuitive knowing. This is where you start to claim what you truly want — not from force, but from embodiment.
You’ll begin to feel:
A deepening self-trust and inner voice
Clear direction and renewed purpose
The freedom to express who you really are.
Month 3 : Integration & Creation
Theme: Expansion, manifestation, and embodied aliveness
This final month is about integration — anchoring your healing and bringing your vision to life. You’ll learn to create from regulation, not reactivity — to move with your intuition and align action with energy.
Through a mix of coaching, visualization, and embodied manifestation practices, we’ll design rituals and next steps that support your new way of being.
You’ll leave this journey with:
