Hello!

So pleased to meet you and I’m happy you’re here.

I lead a life of freedom, mind/body health, and Self awareness and expression. Anchored in a foundation of ancient wisdoms modified to meet a modern world,

I know my purpose is in sharing these same things with everyone I can.

I currently work primarily online coaching people to live a FULLER, HEALTHIER, CALMER, MORE CONNECTED life.

Read on to learn more about who I am and what I’m about…

What started as a small town life in Missouri, has blossomed into an amazing, expansive life sharing Yoga and Self exploration with the world.

Growing up, I was an only child with a strong passion for a variety of things, especially those more creative. It’s interesting to look back at those times and how they relate to the development of what I’m offering now — from attempting to teach my Montessori classmates Yoga at age five and cheerleading for six years to now teaching Yoga and coaching humans [because I love to pump. you. up!].

I also loved creating obstacle courses and even had my first set of dumbbells at age 12 [though I was never awesome at organized sports]. This fact feels like evidence leading to my past 15 years of personal training clients and incorporating body awareness and wellness into all that I do.

I was raised in a spiritual home with studies of various religions now shows up in my main belief around feeling the importance of one Truth, many paths, especially in times when there is still religious divide, I see a deep necessarily thirst for spirituality. And also from the ways

The comparisons and * signs * go on and although I followed my passions of teaching to college, I realized it wasn’t the five year olds I wanted to teach. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in English: Creative Writing from Lindenwood University, and although working at a gym during summers and post graduation, I felt that incessant itch to join corporate America {sound familiar?}.

Soon enough I found myself in a cubicle, but just as quickly as I entered, I ran out of there. Being at the gym, working my body, and deepening my relationship with Yoga, became my ultimate calling. I trusted my instincts. I trusted my passions. I trusted this calling. And with that, I dove into being an entrepreneur in the Yoga, fitness, and coaching industry.  I helped to open a couple studios in mid-Missouri, St. Louis, and then headed to the sunshine state where I began leading 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, and took more of my work global via the world wide web.

Life has taken many ups and downs, but I’ve always stayed true to what I love which also happens to be what I firmly believe is my dharma, or purpose -- Yoga.  Connection. Exploration.

I can’t imagine life without ice cream and music {alllll the music} and could spend {and possibly do some days} hours gazing up to the clouds or out into the sunsets.

The nature of humans depends on the nature of the planet and because of that, I’ll forever be a lover and advocate for the environment { reduce, reuse, recycle. Drive less, walk more, for starters ;)

Does this story resonate? Are there pieces of it that connect with your experience?

If you’ve ever felt frustrated about your life, your health - physical and or mental, or frustrated by your work, know that I’ve been there.

The messages are real: it's all about trusting your gut and following your heart. How do you do this? You go in — into your body. Breath. Mind.

I love sharing the wisdom and inspiration that I've been gifting with and bringing others to a heightened state of LIVING. I'm currently focusing on coaching people to get in their bodies and outta their heady stress.

The last 15 years teaching Yoga and fitness has blended beautifully with my most recent studies, and now offerings, of Instinctive Meditation and Somatic Healing. Addressing all layers of you, implementing whatever may be useful to open up, heal, and fortify, is what I’m here for.

When your body works, your life works.

Now let’s do this life thing!
