⚠️ ding! that dang check engine light goes off ...
there are better things that can happen in a day, right?
Well, HELLO , and, I've been thinking on this idea a little extra lately; not auto-issues but our health and personal issues [the "issues in our tissues" of the body].
While we don't get an obvious 'check engine light', the body/mind/spirit does give little whispers when it needs some tending to.
Even more specifically, I've been thinking on how I'm guessing most people stay on top of their car maintenance 🚙 , at least keeping gas in the tank, air in the tires, and getting oil changes when it's time, +++.
And I'm also guessing that most people fit in their hair appointments, mani/pedis 💅 , facials, massages, and other body treatments, and the dental and dermatology checks, along with any other physicals for physical well-being maintenance. All SO important for all the reasons ...
Life is full and I know you have lots that you juggle. Somewhere in the to-do's I aim to remember, it's a gift to have 'all the things I have to do' AND, it can be a lot! And to remember to fit in Self care beyond what meets the immediate, physical eye can come second... until now...
NOW you have more awareness
NOW you may realize it's been a minute since you've tended specifically to your mind's
or your soul's
overall - clean up/pampering/refining -
