Of course there are loads and loads of meditations online and in apps and, as mentioned, it takes finding a style and/or voice that you resonate with, as well as consistency. Tomorrow, you’ll see a fresh email with your ‘next steps cheat sheet’ to take your meds to the next level. Be sure you’ve meditated at least once today! And if you have, either spend time reflecting with the workbook, meditate again, or rinse and repeat it all.

Space and integration is also key.
