Waiver Release from Liability, and Indemnity Agreement 

By participating in in person or virtual sessions with Rebekka Mars I hereby agree to the following: 

1. Participation implies that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver + Liability Release.

2. That I am participating in an online coaching session offered by Rebekka during which I will receive information and suggestions about living.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the session, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the session with Rebekka. 

— Commitment:

You are joining this program because you want a mentor, supporter, and accountability partner as you move further into your body + mind connection using yoga as the medium.  As your coach, you have my word that I am 100% committed to you being taking the dive deeper into yoga to the capacities we discuss.
— Coaching:

The service to be provided by Rebekka Mars is virtual coaching.  Coaching-- which is not therapy nor counseling-- may address specific career successes, personal projects, life balance, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.  I understand that this program does not include therapy per say and by signing this agreement, I am releasing Rebekka Mars of any personal liability.  

— Outcome:

You are fully responsible for your results in this session.  While we are absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from this session/Program and that You should learn more about your growth as you desire, We of course cannot guarantee that you will attain any profound shifts or gains as a result of this coaching Program.  As with any personal adventure, each person’s success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up on each phase.  The cost of this Program is an “investment” in yourself as a human being, and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk there is no return on this investment.

4. In further consideration by participating in the session, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Rebekka Mars for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the session. 

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. 

6. I understand that It is my responsibility to verbally let Rebekka Mars know if I have any conditions that would prevent me from being advised in any particular way.

7. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. My participation in class indicates that I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
